Entering your Departments Information
You will be using the Departments info tab to enter your company's departments
information
You will be asked:
- Category Description
- This is the name of the department itself wich it will be displayed on invoices.
- Category Extra:
- This is designed for future use. Leave it blank for NOW.
- Category Has Subcategory:
- This is either a blank for NO or anything else for a "Yes"
- Category Image:
- enter the location of the image that represent this category.
And that is it . As simple as pie
